Try to refrain from taking shortcuts unless you're about to run out of time, or you'll most likely flip the Taxi vehicles.
Modifying them with hydraulics can improve their handling however, and a few extra colors can make the missions slightly more fun, but the only real way to beat them is through determination. Completion You will need to complete a total of 50 fares to 'complete' the Taxi Missions.
Luckily these are 50 in total, not in a row, so you could just do 5 every now and then, and after 10 tries you'd have 50, but the bonuses made for doing them in a row may just make it worthwhile to try them all in a few attempts. Rewards Upon successful delivery of 50 passengers you will be awarded with some rather cool new features on your Taxi Vehicles. All Taxi's and Cabbies will now have Infinite Nitro attached, this means you can use it over and over, however it will need to recharge after 15 seconds or so.
Additionally you will unlock the 'Taxi Boost' on both of the said vehicles, which means pushing L3 while you're driving along will cause your taxi to use hydraulics and boost itself off the ground. Alongside nitro and going up a ramp, this can give you a lot of extra speed and distance, perhaps needed for completing Unique Jumps. While this may sound a lot of fun, in reality it's just a disguised version of the Taxi Driver missions which involves you to pick up one or two Girls and drive them around town, dropping them off with their men, then picking then back up and taking them elsewhere.
You will occasionally have to exit your vehicle and kill a few men who are causing trouble with the girls, but the basics of it are that you need to drive and deliver people the same way you would in a taxi.
Basics When you enter a Broadway Vehicle and you're not currently on a mission, hit the R3 button to start the Pimping Missions. A Blue icon will appear on your radar, indicating you of a girl who needs a ride, so drive over to her and park next to her while she gets in the car. A message will then be displayed at the bottom of the screen which will tell you where they wish to be taken, followed by a yellow blip on the radar.
A timer will now be started and you'll have a certain time limit to drive your girl to her man who will be indicated with a yellow arrow above his head when you get close. Park next to him and the girl will get out, then you can casually make your way to another girl and pick her up.
Deliver her to her man too, then you'll be told to pick up the first girl again. This will alternate continually, and occasionally you'll have to do more than just dropping them off, such as chasing down guys who won't pay, or murdering dudes who are a bit too rough with the chicks. Tactics There isn't too much you could really say about this.
It's not too difficult, and it doesn't take too long, however you do need to be in a Broadway vehicle in order to do them, and those cars can be pretty rare at times, so you won't want to ruin your vehicle. Plan your route, and keep up your speed when you're got a timer, but other than that, just be careful not to destroy your car or kill your girls. Remember where your girls have been dropped off, and as soon as you drop off another one, head back towards the first one and pick them up, or kill their man.
Other than that it's pretty straight forward. Completion You will need to complete 10 levels of the Pimping Missions, which is the equivalent of 5 drop offs and pick-ups for each girl. These must be in a row, and unlike the Taxi missions, cannot be done whenever. You must complete the whole 10 levels in one run.
Rewards Upon successful delivery and pick ups through 10 Levels of Pimping Missions, you will be informed that girls will now pay you to have relations with them. This now means that you can drive along the streets until a prostitute comes up to your vehicle, and if you invite her in, you'll be paid instead of the other way around.
Other than that, it's pretty useless, but it needs to be done. You must be in the Black Boxville found in the parked locations mentioned below in order to be able to attempt the mission. You can find a Boxville in Los Santos parked across the street to the South from the gym. It's about half way in the first garden, in front of the house. From the doorway of the driving school head North and navigate your way through the alley until you see the Boxville. Introduction Another of the new missions which is actually useful in the game is the ability to rob peoples homes.
This can make you a bit of extra cash, but is also involved in missions early on in the game, so you'll be taught how to do it. It involves you driving a Boxville van up to someone's house, sneaking inside and picking up objects they may have worth stealing, then depositing them in the back of the van and going in for more.
Once you've gotten everything they have you can either rob some more homes, or take what you've got to the lock up. Mission Failure - You Are Killed. You will then be told to find a house to break into, so drive around until you see a house with a yellow arrow in front of the door. You're looking for a house remember, not a store or other usually enterable building.
Park the van outside, usually reversed so that the back end is facing the door, then enter the house. Hold up on the left analog stick very gently to sneak. Depending on where you did the missions you may have some people inside the house who are watching TV or waiting for you to enter, so you'll either have to very carefully edge your way out of the doorway and shoot them in the head, or get the hell out of there because they will call the cops.
You will need, and I mean need a Silenced Pistol to do this mission properly. Once you're inside, sneak around until you find an object which can be picked up. Push triangle and Carl will pick up the object, then make your way out of the door to the van. Push triangle again when you're close enough, and it will be placed into the van. You'll then need to head back in and try for more stuff. Tactics The easiest thing you can do on this mission is to waste the occupants of the house in your first run.
Whether they're in bed or awake, shoot them in the head with a Silenced Pistol and after you exit the house, they'll be there no more.
Now you have the added bonus of being able to make as much noise in their house as you want, and no one will hear, because they're already dead.
Doing this means you can run in a few times and grab everything they have which will save you time which would be wasted while trying to sneak. Another tactic is to try and find two houses next to each other with arrows over the doors. Once you've cleaned out a house, the one next door can be cleaned out, then when you enter the first house again, all of the stuff will have appeared!
You can just keep going back and forth doing this until your time runs out for a lot of objects. The best place to do this is actually in Grove Street, however maybe your pride would get in the way of your stealing from them.
Didn't think so. Once the time is starting to get close to daylight, and by close I mean within 10 seconds, exit the house you were in, deposit the stuff in the truck, then get in the van and start heading to the lock up. You need to get there within 5 minutes, but that shouldn't really be too much trouble at all, just so long that you drive carefully.
You can keep robbing the house right up until the time runs out though, so I'd advise you do that, and if possible, try to start right on so you have more time robbing. I'd advise you to do the Robbery Missions in Los Santos. You will almost certainly have to do the robbery missions on two or three separate days in order to raise the cash high enough.
That's it. Take it or leave it. Oh well, at least the missions were semi-fun. Introduction This is another of the new Sub-Missions introduced into San Andreas, and probably one of the most interesting. Like all of the Sub-Missions, they will start to get repetitive, but I'm sure driving a train around a track at near full speed, then trying to judge when you should slow down in order to get to the station as the right time and location is a lot of fun for awhile.
That's exactly what this mission involves. You really just need to hold the accelerate and brake buttons, and give the train the power to drive itself around the track. This first mission on the list, Monster , is definitely no exception. Race missions are either really easy or really difficult, and this one falls into the latter category. This time in N. Much like a scene from a blockbuster movie, the beginning of Stowaway will have you dodging gunfire while speeding towards the ramp of a plane about to takeoff as they drop barrels in your path.
If you can navigate your way past this opening section, which will really test your motorbike driving and patience, the rest of the mission is fairly straightforward. Kill a few government agents on the plane in hand-to-hand combat before parachuting out in a very James Bond style.
One missed jump or wrong turn and that could cost you the race. Not the easiest task in the world, it has to be said. While this mission is a welcome reprieve from driving missions, it relies heavily on the other difficult aspect of the game: the shooting. Nobody likes a bully. Forget everything you know about tough flying missions because this one changes the game completely — for the worse. Flying a toy plane around the city causing chaos should be a great time but only if you can beat this on the first try.
One of the most frustrating ways to lose a mission is because of the liability of an AI character that stands around as you do all the work. Criteria for passing is based on your final position, your final heading, avoiding damage, and an overall score. Earning a 70 percent rating for all objectives is needed to pass all challenges at a bronze medal which unlocks a Super GT , but if you want to also earn a Bullet and the very rare Hotknife , you'll need to get percent for all challenges instead.
This side mission is located in Downtown San Fierro , and you'll need to be wearing a valet uniform to actually do it. Your goal is to park the required number of cars within the time limit. You'll want to enter a vehicle before the other valets and then park it as quickly and neatly as possible, since you gain more time for a cleaner parking job. The quarry is located all the way out in the desert, in Bone County, and the missions are where you can access vehicles like the Dumper.
There are seven missions in total, and their objectives range from having to clear the paths before the next deliveries come in, to hiding bodies before the time runs out. Once completed, you'll be rewarded with a lot of money, you'll gain the quarry as an asset, and the Dumper and the Dozer will become permanent spawns here too.
These are situated in the countryside and are available after completing Catalina's "Tanker Commander" mission. There are eight missions to do and they all involve you delivering cargo to a destination with certain requirements.
Some will ask you to deliver within a certain time limit, others will have fragile goods so you'll have to drive carefully, and some may even combine these objectives together.
Your reward for completing these missions is a hefty sum of cash and acquiring RS Haul as an asset. This side activity becomes available after you've completed Cesar's garage missions in the game's main story.
